Make your YouTube videos more creative with Video Annotations

There are so many online communities that can now be found on the internet. However, the biggest and the most popular video-sharing community around the globe is no other than YouTube. Aside from sharing videos and giving comments, you can now put annotations in your videos to make it more interactive and fun.

Video annotations would allow you to insert background information regarding the video you just uploaded. You can also create stories through the use of video annotations. The person who is viewing your video can choose which scene he wants to watch next. Aside from that, you may also link related videos in YouTube inside your video.

When you place a video annotation, you can still turn these annotations off as you watch the video. At the right corner of YouTube’s video player, the option to turn off the annotations in the videos can be seen by pressing the Menu button.

As of the moment, the video annotation from YouTube is still in its beta version and the annotations are available in one language only – English. But once the beta version is over, YouTube promises that the video annotations will be available in several languages including Chinese, Arabic, and more.

YouTube on-the-go with YouTube Mobile

YouTube, without a doubt, is one of the sites visited by web users on a daily basis. However, it is unfortunate that you cannot bring your desktop with you wherever you go so that you can watch videos as well as upload your videos in YouTube.

But now you can do so! With your mobile device that supports web browsing and video playing, you can now watch all the YouTube videos that you want and upload as much as you can.

There are actually two ways on how to access YouTube in your mobile phone. From the device’s browser, you can simply type in http://m.youtube.com. That’s it! And as long as you have an internet connection in your mobile device, you can now upload and watch videos anytime, anywhere.

Another way to visit YouTube without the need for desktop or laptop computers is by downloading the application on your mobile phone. You can get the application from YouTube’s website. However, as of the moment, it only supports limited devices such as Nokia N73, N95, E51, E65, E61, E61i, 6110n, and 6120. Phones from Sony Ericson including w800i and k800i support the YouTube application as well. Enjoy YouTube whenever and wherever!
